MCS Rental Software is launching AI Insights, a suite of AI-powered tools designed specifically to support rental businesses in their daily operations. This new suite goes beyond AI buzzwords, offering practical, intelligent solutions that directly improve team efficiency, safety, and customer support.

At the heart of AI Insights is its Equipment Manual Assistance tool, which transforms how rental teams and customers access vital equipment information. Instead of flipping through dense manuals, users can scan a QR code on the machine using MCS eScan and simply ask a question — in their own words.

“You don’t need technical jargon,” said Josh Lewis, U.S. President of MCS Rental Software. “Just ask something like, ‘Why won’t it start?’ or ‘How do I secure it safely?’, and AI Insights understands what you mean. It’s like chatting with an expert who knows the manual inside and out.”

With AI Insights, users can:

•    Access equipment documentation instantly by scanning a QR code.
•    Ask questions using everyday language and get clear, actionable answers.
•    Receive step-by-step operational guidance, safety tips, and maintenance advice.
•    Reduce field errors, save support time, and prevent avoidable breakdowns.
•    Trigger built-in safety prompts that encourage users to contact their rental provider if unsure.

This first release is just the beginning. AI Insights will continue to grow, delivering context-aware, AI-powered tools that help rental companies stay competitive and deliver service in real time.

“MCS AI Insights isn’t just about innovation for innovation’s sake,” added Lewis. “It’s a practical, collaborative step forward — designed hand-in-hand with rental businesses to address real challenges in the field.”
