Town & Country Party Rentals, a provider of event and party rentals in the Houston area, has acquired substantially all assets of Aztec Events & Tents. This strategic move brings Aztec back under local family ownership, allowing Town & Country and Aztec to expand its services and better serve the Houston community.

Town & Country Party Rentals was co-founded in early 2022 by Todd Johnson, the former Aztec owner, and Eddie Arvizu, a seasoned event industry expert who previously served as operations leader at Aztec Events & Tents. Recently, Johnson and Arvizu were approached with the opportunity to buy Aztec, a company Johnson originally purchased in 1995 and grew into a prominent event rental provider before selling it in 2015.

"We're excited to reacquire Aztec and integrate its expertise and resources into Town & Country," said Johnson, co-owner of Town & Country Party Rentals. "Eddie's intimate knowledge of Aztec's operations and our shared passion for delivering exceptional events and service made this acquisition an ideal opportunity."

Eddie Arvizu, co-owner and operations leader, added, "Reuniting with the Aztec team and combining our strengths with Town & Country's will enable us to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. We're committed to building upon Aztec's legacy and setting a new standard for event rentals in Houston."

The acquisition was closed in early September, with all existing event contracts being honored and integrated into the combined operations of Town & Country and Aztec. The company will operate from Aztec's current location at 601 W. 6th Street, Houston, TX 77007. For more information, visit: www.towncountryrentals.com
