Essex Rental Corp. last week announced that it will issue second-quarter 2009 unaudited operating results for its operating subsidiary, Essex Crane Rental Corp., on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009 after the stock market closes. Ron Schad, president and CEO of Essex, and Marty Kroll, chief financial officer of Essex, will conduct a conference call to discuss the operating results at 9 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, Aug. 13.
