Cummins Wins Consulting Specifying Engineer’s Bronze Award for Natural Gas Standby Generators

Cummins Inc. last month was awarded the bronze award from Consulting Specifying Engineer’s 2024 Product of the Year for its 125kW-200kW natural gas standby generators in the publication’s power category.

Cummins Inc. last month was awarded the bronze award from Consulting Specifying Engineer’s 2024 Product of the Year for its 125kW-200kW natural gas standby generators in the publication’s power category. This was the fourth consecutive Product of the Year award win to Cummins from CSE.

“All of us at Cummins Power Generation are incredibly proud of this award win,” said Chad Trager, general manager for Cummins Power Generation Americas. “It’s a testament to our continued missions to serve the industry and planet with continuous innovation. These generators are best-in-class and were designed to meet the rigorous codes and compliances our customers need.”

2024 is the 19th year of CSE’s Product of the Year program, an award for new products designed for nonresidential buildings. Each category is voted on by engineers and industry professionals.
