Steve De La Torre Joins Magni America as Western Regional Sales Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in heavy equipment sales and customer relationship management, De La Torre brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Magni team.

Magni America is pleased to announce the addition of Steve De La Torre as western regional sales manager. With more than 20 years of experience in heavy equipment sales and customer relationship management, De La Torre brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Magni team.

De La Torre has built a career on fostering long-term professional relationships and delivering intentional customer service. His strong background in sales negotiation, product knowledge, and customer support has been instrumental in driving market growth. Guided by his principle of “treat others as you want to be treated,” De La Torre consistently meets and exceeds the needs of both internal and external customers, Magni said.


Most recently, De La Torre worked at Genie as a key account manager in its AWP division, where he was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior-level customer contacts to mentor new sales team members, and more. He gained valuable insight into the customer’s perspective while managing a profit center at Sunbelt Rentals, where he led a team, developed sales strategies, and oversaw territory management.
