National Trench Safety, a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, trench and traffic safety engineering, and OSHA-compliant training classes, has opened a new branch in Santa Rosa, Calif.

“We’re excited to be extending our reach and presence in Northern California with the addition of this new Santa Rosa operation,” said Ron Chilton, president of NTS. “We have serviced this market for a number of years from our Fremont and Sacramento, California, operations and we needed to establish a local presence to be able to better serve the area. This new operation will allow us to provide quicker responses to our existing customer base while also reaching new customers in the Santa Rosa and surrounding market.”

The new Santa Rosa branch will be managed by Mike Welton, a seasoned trench safety veteran, with an extensive track record of success in the Santa Rosa and Northern California markets.

“We are extremely pleased to have Mike heading up our new Santa Rosa operation,” added Chilton. “Mike is a well-known and highly regarded trench safety professional that has established a strong following in the Santa Rosa market. He has a deep understanding of the market and a strong product background that will make him an immediate asset to our customer base.”

The Santa Rosa operation is the 35th branch operation for National Trench Safety in the United States and England. This large national footprint allows NTS to provide its national, regional and local market customers a fully integrated, national branch network delivering unique engineered solutions, the highest level of customer service and the most cost-effective shoring solutions in the industry.

NTS plans to open several additional branch locations in 2019. Visit www.ntsafety.com.
