Hawthorne Cat, Caterpillar equipment dealer in San Diego, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and American Samoa, has promoted Greg Pino to regional product support sales manager. He will manage the product support sales groups for both Machinery and Power Systems for the greater San Diego region. Pino has been with the company for more than 15 years.
Pino began as a rental sales representative, then moved into engine sales and then branch manager for Hawthorne Rentals in 2012. Pino led the Rental Power division for the past two years.
“Greg brings together an extensive leadership background with a strong foundation in sales and management,” said Kirk Fowles, vice president of Hawthorne Power Systems. “He understands the importance and need for proactive process improvement.”
Hawthorne Cat is a major player in rental, No. 59 on the RER 100.
