Aggreko Agrees to Funding Deal

U.K.-based Aggreko plc last week agreed to a £30 million funding deal with Clydesdale Bank, the company said. Aggreko said the deal with the Glasgow-based bank will enable it to secure medium-term financing to develop its business.

The U.K.-based supplier of power equipment, oil-free air, and temperature-control equipment, enjoyed strong growth in 2008 with a 53 percent increase in underlying profit, and a strong increase in equipment rentals in North America and worldwide. With North America headquarters in Houston, Aggreko is No. 13 on the RER 100.
