Sunbelt Rentals has acquired the assets of Double D Rentals Inc., located in Norco, a city near Riverside, Calif.
“Our family has been in business since 1968, and the decision to sell was a difficult one,” said Bonnie Lantz, vice president and second-generation owner of Double D Rentals. “Selling to Sunbelt was a natural fit for us and made the most sense to our family. I’d like to thank Fred Hageman of Rental Business Advisors for his handling of the entire process and making this deal possible.”
In a separate transaction, Sunbelt also acquired the real estate from an affiliate of Double D Rentals Inc.
