The Stansberry Firm Adds Senior Analyst, Closes Two Transactions
The Stansberry Firm LLC announced it has added a senior analyst, Austen Dempsey, to its staff to help with increased demand for its services. Previous to Stansberry, Dempsey worked for the Bass Family in Fort Worth, Texas, in the real estate funds group and in the Dallas office of Ernst & Young in its financial services division. Dempsey has undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting as well as a Masters of Accounting from Texas Christian University.
Also, Stansberry announced it has closed on the sales of two equipment rental businesses in late June 2022; a multi-location industrial rental business in the Southeast and a multi-location general tool rental business in the Northeast. These transactions will be announced by the acquirers at a later date.
“This is an exciting time for acquisitions in the rental industry,” said company founder and president, Gary Stansberry. “With the two transactions we closed in June, we have closed a total of seven transactions in the last 18 months totaling nearly $300 million in transaction value. Bringing Austen onto our team will give us increased capabilities to serve clients within the rental industry.”
