Ames Taping Tools, the leading provider of automatic taping and finishing tools, supplies, and training to the professional drywall finishing industry, has acquired leading online drywall tool and supply provider, All-Wall (all-wall.com).

Ames Taping Tools, the leading provider of automatic taping and finishing tools, supplies, and training to the professional drywall finishing industry, has acquired leading online drywall tool and supply provider, All-Wall (all-wall.com). 

        “All-Wall offers an appealing opportunity for Ames to strengthen and expand its product offering in the drywall tool and supply space,” said Jay Davisson, president and CEO of Ames Taping Tools. “We are excited to bring these two strong companies together. The acquisition of All-Wall supports the Ames focus on our customers and providing them everything they need to finish the job fast.”

The expanded business will continue to operate out of Ames Taping Tools’ 76 company-owned stores across the U.S. for tool rentals and purchases in-store as well as tool and supply purchases online, worldwide though All-Wall.com and two brick-and-mortar stores located in Las Vegas, Nev., and Kirkland, Wash.
