Job Title:             Marketing Manager

Reports To:        VP Sales and Services

Position Summary

LGMG is a leading Mobile Elevating Work Platform Manufacturer with successful operations around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing manager. The ideal candidate will have a successful track-record experience of managing marketing activities, exhibitions, social media, magazines advertisement, preferably related with MEWP industry and familiar with the product.

The Marketing manager will be responsible for the organization's marketing activities, developing and executing marketing campaigns to gain brand publicity.


Essential Functions

·        Developing and implementing effective marketing plans, promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.

·        Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve target goals.

·        Organizing participation in industry exhibitions and vendor shows, contracting booth design and construction.

·        Organizing open house activities, sales campaigns, managing and update product brochures, order and manage company merchandise.

·        Managing LGMG North America’s website and social media account and content editing.

·        Making an annual marketing plan and budget. Presenting marketing plans to upper management, present yearly marketing budget results.

·        Ensuing consistent branding across digital media and traditional channels.

·        Communicating and collaborating with LGMG China team on the regular basis surrounding marketing.

·        Other duties assigned by LGMG from time to time.

Supervisory Responsibility

Not applicable to start but will be applicable as account grows.

 Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment, with exposure to customer warehouse environments and equipment machinery while on travel. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines in an office setting.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching will also be required when demonstrating machines to customers.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Salary Range: based on experience

Moderate travel of at least 20%, required to account and company locations and trade shows as needed.

Valid passport is required.

·        Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

·        3 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.

·        Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

·        Experience using analytics software.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

·        Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·        Highly organized and detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Solid experience in mobile-elevated work platform (MEWP) or aerial-work platform (AWP) industry
