The Magni Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible forgrowing asales territory by identifying, recruiting, andcollaboratingwithindependentconstructionequipmentproviders.ItistheresponsibilityoftheRSMto researchandidentifypotentialopenmarketsandseekoutdealerstosell/renttheMagniTelehandler product line.RegionalSalesmanagers spend alot of timeon the road,75/25travel bothvisitingexisting
dealerstheyserveaswell asseekingoutnewdealers.RSM’sareresponsiblefor overalldealer successand must ensure dealers are trained in all elements of the Magni Dealer program which includes sales, service, marketingandoperations.
This position reports to the Chief Sales Officer. The Southwest territory covers the following states: Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. Candidate must have equipment rental background. The Magni Regional Sales Manager must reside in Southern California, near Phoenix or Las Vegas.

• Enlistdealerstoachievefullregionalcoverage; stockingandrentaldealers,nationalaccounts
• Managenewdealeronboarding; salesandservice training,marketingandoperations
• Collaboratewithdealermanagementongotomarketstrategybyterritory
• TraindealersalesteamonMagniSellingSystem;ridewithsalesreps,participatein events
• Partner with Magni marketing team on lead generation; achieve influencer status on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook); capture Magni marketing content (pictures, video testimonials)
• Responsible for continually updating CRM with company and contact information, status of calls,opportunitiestopursue
• Followuppersistentlyonallleadsgeneratedby marketingviaonline,tradeshows,inquiries, etc.
• Participate in weekly sales conference call; provide daily/weekly report of all activity; generatemonthlyquarterlysales forecast;developregionalplanforsuccess
