Point of Rental Adds Customer Service Experts
Point of Rental is adding a pair of guides to help users maximize their rental software experience.
Kim Hamilton joins Point of Rental after 11 years of providing support for another rental software company. Her career started in the event rental industry, working in event rental throughout the New England area before switching to the software support world in 2009. She’ll be solving user issues with Point of Rental’s support team as a Tier II Support Specialist.
Point of Rental’s Australian office also has a new face. Michael Pavlov is the Australian office’s first sales development representative; he’ll help determine the best solutions for potential clients. Born in Australia, he grew up in the U.S. before returning to Australia for university, where he graduated with business and marketing degrees. He speaks English and Russian.
“We’re focused on customer happiness, not just satisfaction,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “Whether people are figuring out which product will help them achieve their goals or they’re already using Point of Rental and they need an expert, Kim and Michael will help ensure they’re getting the information they need.”
