Rehlko to Power an Attempt to Set Guinness World Records Fastest-Mowing Title

Rehlko will supply the power behind Cutting History, an official attempt to set a Guinness World Records title for the fastest mowing of the area of an American football field (approximately 1.32 acres / 5,800 m²). The event will feature the Command PRO 41 hp engine in a real-world challenge designed to measure performance under demanding, high-load conditions.
The attempt will take place on grass standing at a minimum height of six inches, creating a test that reflects genuine field performance rather than controlled laboratory conditions. Command Pro 41 hp represents the most powerful engine in Rehlko’s lineup and serves as the technical foundation for the record attempt.
Built for durability and consistent torque output, it features closed-loop EFI, advanced cooling, reinforced internals, and a service-first design aimed at maximizing uptime and reliability.
“Cutting a record is impressive. Doing it without the right power is impossible,” said Nino De Giglio, marketing communication director at Rehlko. “With 41 hp of true, repeatable big-block performance and industry-grade durability, the Command PRO® 999 cc makes the difference between attempting a record and actually setting one. This is not just a stunt; it’s a technical showcase.”
The engine delivers best-in-class big-block output with optimized torque delivery. Its closed-loop EFI system provides instant load compensation and improved fuel efficiency compared with carbureted systems. The enhanced cooling package and reinforced internal components allow extended operation under high load, while its service-first design— featuring easy access points, a Clean-Spin dripless oil change system, hydraulic lifters, and advanced intake protection — simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. The 36 hp and 38 hp variants of the Command PRO 999 cc engine are currently available, with the 41 hp version entering production in Fall 2026.
To raise the stakes, the grass will stand at a minimum height of six inches, creating a challenge designed to prove real-world power, durability, and efficiency. The attempt, planned for Spring 2026, will showcase the Command PRO® 41 hp engine as the true enabler of the record. With a professional ZTR mower provided and prepared by Rehlko technicians, the stage is set for a world-first performance that connects endurance, precision, and raw power.
