Terramac Appoints Nota General Manager

Joseph Nota joins Terramac as its new general manager of operations at its Elburn, Ill., facility.

Terramac LLC, a manufacturer of rubber track crawler carriers, appointed Joseph Nota to the position of general manager of operations at the company’s facility in Elburn, Ill. Nota will oversee business strategies and growth initiatives and will be responsible for plant production, personnel and sales.

Nota joins Terramac from Caterpillar Inc., where he served as a sales coverage consultant, developing and implementing recommendations leveraging dealer best practices and establishing operating protocols to assist in enhancing dealership capabilities. Prior to that, he served as asset and sales operations manager at Patten Industries — where he oversaw the corporation’s 500-piece Caterpillar construction fleet — and as field manager/business development with the Associated Equipment Distributors.

“Joseph’s industry knowledge, combined with his operational and strategic experience, will be instrumental to our company’s future success,” said Mike Crimaldi, CEO of Terramac LLC. “Under his leadership, Terramac will continue to focus on delivering the highest performance and most reliable solutions to our customers.”
