Volvo Construction Equipment Rents, Asheville, N.C., last week signed a rental franchise agreement with Valley Rental Centers, Merced, California. Valley Rental Centers, an independently owned and operated rental company, will open rental centers under the Volvo name in the Merced area, with its first branch scheduled for January 2003.
Company principals are Helder Garcia and Brian Silveria.
