Franklin Electric Gives Awards to Hilgendorf, Aleksich and the Industrial Distribution Team
Frankin Electric Co. recently recognized several employees for their outstanding achievements towards business goals and customer satisfaction in 2023. The company presented the awards at its annual Commercial Summit, a multi-day event dedicated to strategic planning and continuing education.
The winners of this year’s awards for outstanding performance, sales and support were:
U.S./Canada Salesperson of the Year: Dan Hilgendorf
Hilgendorf is an energetic sales professional dedicated to growing his region while continuing to overserve his loyal Franklin Electric customers. He has been with the company for more than 10 years and uses this experience to help his peers. He is considered a leader on the sales team and an expert on several Industrial & Engineered Systems products, including X-Drives.
U.S./Canada Field Service Engineer of the Year: Eric Aleksich
After more than 10 years as an assembler and quality technician for Pioneer Pump, Aleksich transitioned into the Field Service Engineer role in 2022. The move was seamless, and his customers began to count on him for his technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
U.S./Canada Team of the Year: Industrial Distribution
The 20-person Industrial Distribution team surpassed expectations by adding several new customers in 2023. Throughout the year, the team focused on delivering what customers needed. This included growing the offering of Pioneer Pump packages, keeping critical inventory in stock, and maintaining the best lead times in the industry.
In presenting these awards, Franklin Electric’s senior leadership noted that the individual awards were indicative of the work the entire Franklin Electric team has achieved over the last 12 months on behalf of customers.
