Bobcat Co. has expanded its dealer network with the addition of Bobcat of Cortez as an authorized new and used sales, service and parts provider of Bobcat equipment. The dealership is located at 1480 Industrial Road in Cortez, Colo., and is the second location for Target Rental.

Target Rental has been in business since 1983 and acquired Bobcat of Durango in 2011. Target Rental has grown to serve customers throughout Colorado and into Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.

“Our company shares similar core values as Bobcat, and that starts with the best customer service in the industry,” said Jim Duke, president of Target Rental. “Our customers benefit from our Bobcat-certified technicians and our large selection of parts in house.”

The enterprise serves a variety of markets with a strong focus on the construction and homeowners with acreages sectors.

“In 2011, I jumped on the opportunity to purchase Bobcat of Durango,” Duke said. “It only made sense as Bobcat is the leader in compact equipment.”

Bobcat of Cortez will distribute Bobcat equipment throughout the Four Corners region which consists of southwest Colorado, southeast Utah, northeast Arizona and northwest New Mexico. For more information, visit TargetRental.com.
