Pearlman Acquires Stone Tool Supply

Pearlman Industries, a Harbour Group company and parent of Pearl Abrasive Co. and Keystone Tools, last week completed the acquisition of Stone Tool Supply, Harbour CEO Jeff Fox said last week. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Atlanta-based Stone Tool Supply is a distributor of a wide range of tools, equipment and accessories to the stone-fabrication market. STS serves customers throughout the Southeast from its Atlanta retail location, utilizing a fleet of mobile sales vehicles.

Pearlman is a major supplier of diamond-cutting products and abrasives to professionals in diverse industries including equipment rental, stone, tile, construction and welding.

Harbour Group, based in St. Louis, Mo., has completed 149 acquisitions in 32 industries since its founding in 1976.
