Des Moines, Iowa-based RentalMetrics last week announced the addition of Paul Gratton as research engineer.
Prior to being involved with RentalMetrics, Gratton was a software quality engineer for John Deere, testing GPS guidance systems for agricultural equipment. At Deere, Gratton worked with farmers to field-test new products.
“Paul leverages his in-depth experience with industrial GPS applications to deliver clear, concise tools and analysis to help our subscribers improve their businesses,” said Doug Mitchell, RentalMetrics president.
Founded in 2007 by GPS solution consultant and software start-up veteran Mitchell, RentalMetrics is a subscription-based consulting service operating online. Professionals in the construction rental industry can subscribe to the service to research GPS and other technology solutions, deploy those solutions within their companies and calculate the technology’s ROI.
