Point of Rental has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work for 2024, the first time the software company has been listed.

“A few years ago, we set a 10-year big, hairy, audacious goal as a company,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “One of those goals was to become one of the best places to work in each country where we have an office. We’re glad Pointers feel this way about working here, and we’re excited to keep making Point of Rental a better place to work every year.

“This isn’t only beneficial to our employees. Many studies have shown that happy employees are more innovative and serve customers better. It is a win-win for everyone.”

The award adds to a successful summer for Point of Rental, which was named InTents Magazine’s Readers’ Choice Award winner for best rental software earlier this month and earned Highly Commended honors for Supplier of the Year at the Hire Awards of Excellence in May.

Point of Rental was chosen from thousands of submissions based on a rigorous selection process conducted by Quantum Workplace. It started with an employee survey covering topics like management effectiveness, perks, employee growth, and overall company culture. Quantum also audited the firm’s benefits to score and rank them compared to other companies in the country.

Point of Rental has won multiple best software awards from RER’s Innovative Product Awards.
