Riwal, the aerial work platform and telehandler rental and sales specialist, has launched its brand new My Riwal Parts webshop for large mobile elevating work platform brands. This is the newest edition of Riwal’s digital solutions.
The My Riwal Parts webshop is an online platform filled with original spare parts from top tier brands. This, in combination with more than 25 years of experience in advising and selling parts, makes the platform unique in the market. The new digital solution enables Riwal to offer its customers a full-service package, from rental and purchasing up through the maintenance phase.

● Interactive drawings
Once the user finds the machine they are looking for, they click and select the parts by using the exploded view. Based on the selection, the Smart Recommendation feature also highlights other parts that might need to be replaced.
