Manitou Group Renews Michel Denis’ Contract as President and CEO

The board of directors of Manitou decided unanimously to renew the mandate of Michel Denis as president and CEO of Manitou Group for an additional four-year period.

The board of directors of Manitou decided unanimously to renew the mandate of Michel Denis as president and CEO of Manitou Group for an additional four-year period. Denis will remain in the position until the Annual General Assembly in 2022 that will approve the financial statements of 2021.

“We wish to thank Michel Denis for the work achieved since his arrival at Manitou in 2014,” said Jacqueline Himswork, president of the board. “Over this period, the group has experienced a strengthening of its market position, improved profitability, accelerated innovation and the introduction of many new services. All these achievements enabled the group to be able to project with confidence and ambition for the continuation of this development for the future.”

“It is a great honor to continue to lead the development of Manitou Group,” said Denis. “The work with the team of women and men of Manitou, our dealer network and our partners, allows us to offer products and solutions always more innovative and answering their needs.”
