World Cup Hero Opens Speedy Superstore

Nobby Stiles MBE, one of the heroes of England’s 1966 World Cup winning team, opened a new Speedy Superstore in Wembley, U.K., last month. The new store contains more than £3.5 million (about U.S. $5.4 million) worth of equipment for rent and employs 29 people. In addition to tools, lifting and survey equipment Speedy will offer air conditioning products and safety equipment.

Speedy Hire is the U.K.’s largest equipment rental company and is based in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, U.K.
