U.K.’s Vp Acquires Pipeline Pressure-Testing Rental Business

U.K. equipment rental company Vp has agreed to acquire Harbray Plant Hire Ltd., a pipeline pressure-testing rental business based in Aylesford, Kent, for £900,000 cash.

“The acquisition of Harbray further enhances our pipeline pressure testing offering within Groundforce and brings with it a wealth of expertise, which will benefit our combined customer base,” said Vp chairman Jeremy Pilkington.

Vp is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, U.K.
