Italy’s Mollo Noleggio Acquires Tecnostrutture

The Mollo Group, an Italian equipment rental company with 57 branches, has acquired Tecnostrutture srl, a company based in Fombio, Italy, specializing in the rental of mobile elevating work platforms, earthmoving machinery, generators and construction equipment.

The Mollo Group, an Italian equipment rental company with 57 branches, has acquired Tecnostrutture srl, a company based in Fombio, Italy, specializing in the rental of mobile elevating work platforms, earthmoving machinery, generators and construction equipment.

Through the acquisition, Mollo Noleggio strengthens its presence in the Lodi area, where Mollo already has branches in Codogno and Lodi. 

Mollo is known to have excellent technical assistance, with specialized personnel in the inspection and maintenance of equipment.
