Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. Selects EquipmentShare to Drive Race Event Infrastructure

As the Las Vegas Grand Prix enters a new phase of operational scale, EquipmentShare will connect setup workflows, labor and machinery across the race footprint through its proprietary T3 technology platform.

Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. has selected EquipmentShare to deliver technology-enabled equipment and industry-leading fleet connectivity driving the next chapter of site production for the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix. As the Las Vegas Grand Prix enters a new phase of operational scale, EquipmentShare will connect setup workflows, labor and machinery across the race footprint through its proprietary T3 technology platform.

Under the agreement, EquipmentShare will deploy its T3-powered fleet and digital management solutions across the full lifecycle of the event. This includes managing equipment workflows from initial load-in across the permanent 39-acre Grand Prix Plaza site through real-time race execution and post-event teardown.

As an Official Supplier of the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix, EquipmentShare will integrate directly with event production teams to elevate standards of site safety, operational transparency, and fleet management.

"Setting the stage for race weekend in Las Vegas is one of the most complex temporary infrastructure projects in global sport," said Chris Garnett, vice president construction operations of Las Vegas Grand Prix Inc. "Reliability, safety and precision are paramount. Partnering with EquipmentShare ensures our operations are backed by leading technology and a team dedicated to flawless execution. Their connected jobsite solutions will allow us to build, run and maintain our site with increased efficiency."

Constructing a world-class temporary street circuit within the heart of global hospitality demands accuracy, speed and safety. Through T3’s real-time telematics and automated diagnostics, site managers gain detailed visibility into fleet health, helping operate equipment at optimal conditions to reduce unexpected downtime and keep the build on schedule. To safeguard the high-security footprint along the Las Vegas Strip, T3 also provides access control designed to restrict machine operation to authorized, certified personnel to help prevent unauthorized use, mitigate security risks and promote jobsite safety.

"Formula 1 represents the absolute pinnacle of engineering performance, and we are bringing that exact standard to the infrastructure supporting it," said Jabbok Schlacks, CEO and Founder of EquipmentShare. "Serving as the equipment supplier to operate this world-renowned event reflects the trust placed in our innovation, fleet reliability, and team. We look forward to helping to deliver an incredible race day and showing the world what a connected, tech-driven equipment solution can accomplish on the global stage."

The 2026 race will take place on November 19-21, 2026, with a recently announced extension confirming the event in Las Vegas through 2037. For more information, visit www.f1lasvegasgp.com.
