Stellar Industries, a 100-percent employee-owned and -operated manufacturer of high-quality mechanic and service trucks, service cranes, service truck and van accessories, tire trucks and manipulators, hooklifts, fuel and lube trucks, trailers and more, is unveiling the 2025 model year TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Truck at Work Truck Week 2025, taking place March 4 – 7, 2025, in Indianapolis.

With this launch, Stellar is introducing a new model year structure for its TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Trucks, adopting a strategy similar to leading car manufacturers. This approach consolidates improvements into an annual release, ensuring distributors and customers benefit from streamlined transitions and upfitting processes.

“By aligning improvements into a once-a-year cadence, we’re simplifying operations for our distributors and creating an easier way for customers to learn about and adopt new features,” said Tim Davison, vice president of sales and marketing at Stellar. “This structure ensures Stellar remains at the forefront of innovation while delivering an improved experience for all stakeholders.”

The 2025 TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Truck showcases several enhancements designed to elevate functionality, customization and ease of use:

Mounting Rails: Integrated within compartments for fully customizable configurations.

Ease of Wiring Access: Added holes between compartments for seamless wiring installation.

Drawer Sets: Incorporation of 16-inch bale-style pull handle drawer sets into compartments for better organization.

Simplified Back-End Design: Minimized welded holes on the truck body for improved durability.

Hydraulic Reservoir Design: Redesigned, top-mounted filter for easier maintenance.

Mudflap Repositioning: Mudflaps repositioned to wire guards to avoid exhaust systems.

“These updates are a direct reflection of the feedback we’ve received from distributors and customers,” said Tyler Havens, product manager at Stellar. “We wanted to deliver enhancements that not only improve performance but also provide greater flexibility, customization and ease of use for operators in the field. With the 2025 TMAX, we’re taking another step forward in delivering solutions that meet the demands of today’s workforce.”
