Wynne Systems Acquires Dispatching Solutions Inc.

Wynne Systems, a Volaris Group company and supplier of software solutions for rental equipment and construction companies, said it has acquired Dispatching Solutions Inc.

Wynne Systems, a Volaris Group company and supplier of software solutions for rental equipment and construction companies, said it has acquired Dispatching Solutions Inc. The acquisition expands Wynne’s product line to now include logistics, transport and service solutions for its rental and construction customers.

Dispatching Solutions was founded in 2001 and provides software that streamlines complex workflows in the specialized transport, logistics and services industries. Dispatching Solutions’ transport manager, service manager, mobile and ELD solutions are now under the Wynne umbrella.

“This is a great addition for Wynne,” said John Bureau, general manager, Wynne Systems. “We’re pleased to have the DSI team on board. Their solutions and depth of of knowledge is going to be huge for us as an organization, but most importantly for our customers.
