Texas First Rentals, a Holt company, has completed a 12,000-square-foot rental facility in Little Elm, Texas. Texas First Rentals is part of Holt Caterpillar.

Located on seven acres off Highway 830, the $3.2 million facility will offer rental equipment and heavy equipment delivery for the growing North Texas market.

“Our investment in this new facility signifies our sustained commitment to providing the highest quality service for our customers,” said Don Myrich, general manager of Texas First Rentals. “Providing superior products and services is a core part of our values-based mission. This facility will help us continue to do that.”

Texas First Rentals was founded in 2015, and now has 14 locations in Texas, serving markets along the I-35 corridor. The new Little Elm facility, the company’s sixth location in North Texas, will employ 20 people, nine of whom will be new hires.

“Our expansion is also an indication of the rapid growth we are seeing in the North Texas market,” added Myrick. “We are seeing increased development in the region and, therefore, great demand for our services.”

Texas First Rentals is an affiliate company of Holt Cat. It offers Caterpillar machines, aerial work platforms, pumps, welders, concrete and masonry equipment, and more.
