SafwayAtlantic Acquires Assets of Hoist and Scaffold Provider All-Safe

BrandSafway and Safway Atlantic have acquired the assets of All-Safe LLC, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based company that provides turnkey hoisting, scaffolding, shoring and bracing as well as jobsite protection solutions for commercial construction projects of any size.

BrandSafway and Safway Atlantic have acquired the assets of All-Safe LLC, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based company that provides turnkey hoisting, scaffolding, shoring and bracing as well as jobsite protection solutions for commercial construction projects of any size.

Safway Atlantic, a BrandSafway company, offers urban access solutions in the New York, New Jersey and Chicago metropolitan markets.

“This acquisition will strengthen our presence in the New York/New Jersey area,” said Keith Lynch, president of Safway/Atlantic. “All-Safe is a strong player in our market and is known for safely handling complex urban access challenges. All-Safe is a great fit for SafwayAtlantic.”

All-Safe’s operations – hoist and scaffold solutions supported by full inhouse engineering, permit expediting and hands-on project management – will be merged into SafwayAtlantic’s organization. “We look forward to combining our assets and expertise with SafwayAtlantic, a leader in delivering comprehensive, world-class urban access solutions,” said Dan O’Brien, co-owner of All-Safe. “This is an exciting opportunity for our business and employees to thrive and grow.”

All-Safe, a privately held company, has been owned and operated since 1996 by Dan O’Brien and Martin O’Donovan. All-Safe is known for its field personnel, project management skills and depth of technical expertise in engineering.
