Thunder Creek Equipment Adds Manager of Dealer Development and National Accounts

Niki Patterson has spent her entire career in the equipment industry where she last served as Tractor Division Manager for Bad Boy Inc.

Thunder Creek Equipment and its parent company, LDJ Manufacturing, have hired Niki Patterson as manager of dealer development and national accounts. Patterson has spent her entire career in the equipment industry where she last served as Tractor Division Manager for Bad Boy Inc.

Previous to that, Patterson spent 12 years at Mahindra USA in various senior management roles. At Thunder Creek, Patterson will use her expertise to grow major accounts, develop dealer relationships and strengthen the Thunder Creek network.

During her 12 years with Mahindra USA, Patterson was responsible for growing the company’s footprint in North America, where she also worked with Larry Lea, who now currently serves as Thunder Creek’s vice president of sales.

“We’re excited to welcome Niki to the Thunder Creek team. Niki has a highly successful background in sales and extensive knowledge of strengthening dealer networks,” Lea said. “She will streamline our sales process implementation and move Thunder Creek forward in the agricultural, commercial and construction markets.”

Patterson will work with Thunder Creek’s sales team and dealer network to broaden market penetration, create performance frameworks and support dealer relations.
