Alberta’s All Choice Rentals Acquires Select Equipment Rentals
One of Alberta’s leading rental companies, All Choice Rentals, based in Drayton Valley, Alberta, has acquired Select Equipment Rentals.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone for All Choice Rentals Ltd., enabling the company to expand its geographic presence. By integrating the strengths of both companies, ACR is poised to deliver greater value to its customers and partners across Alberta and Western Canada, the company said.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Select Equipment Rentals into the All Choice Rentals Ltd. family,” said vice president, Blake Menning. “This acquisition unlocks new opportunities for All Choice Rentals Ltd. through an expanded fleet of equipment and enhanced service capabilities. With nine branch locations across Alberta, we now have the capacity to service approximately 85 percent of Alberta within two hours of a phone call, something very few rental companies are able to do.”
Following the acquisition, All Choice Rentals Ltd. and Select Equipment Rentals will remain two separate entities until a transition plan is implemented to ensure minimal disruption for existing customers of Select.
All Choice has a wide-ranging inventory of construction equipment including aerial equipment, air equipment, compaction equipment, concrete and masonry equipment, excavators, skid-steer loaders, fencing, generators, lighting and more.
