Herc Rentals Acquires Power Generation Rental Specialist Temp-Power Inc.

Herc Rentals has acquired power generation rental specialist Temp-Power Inc., which has four locations serving Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. Temp-Power is headquartered in Manassas, Va., with branch offices in Highland Springs and Virginia Beach, Va., and Baltimore.

     “We have served the temporary power needs of our customers since 2005, and we're very excited to join the Herc Rentals Team," said Chris Crafton, founder and president of Temp-Power. "In addition to a comprehensive general rental fleet, Herc Rentals has a well-established specialty rental offering and a culture of service that perfectly aligns with those of Temp-Power."

     Herc Rentals is ranked No. 3 on the RER 100 with approximately 300 locations in North America, a rental equipment fleet valued at more than $4.1 billion.
