Case dealership Titan Machinery recently entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire HorizonWest Inc., which consists of a three store CaseIH agriculture dealership complex headquartered in Scottsbluff, Neb., with locations in Sidney, Neb., and Torrington, Wyo. In its most recent fiscal year, HorizonWest generated revenue of approximately $26 million. The company expects to close the acquisition in May 2020.

HorizonWest serves customers in western Nebraska, eastern Wyoming and northern Colorado.

"The acquisition of HorizonWest's three store dealership complex in western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming is contiguous to Titan Machinery's footprint and a great fit for our business,” said Titan Machinery CEO David Meyer. “We continue to work towards strategic acquisitions in our existing markets and are pleased to bring the HorizonWest team into the Titan Machinery family."

HorizonWest Inc. was formed in June of 1996. It handles equipment manufactured by Case IH, New Holland, MacDon, Parker, Landoll, Unverferth, Maurer, Landpride, and many other suppliers.

Titan Machinery owns and operates a network of 79 full-service agriculture and construction equipment stores across a 10-state footprint in the United States and six countries in Europe. Active in rental, Titan is No. 53 on the RER 100.
