Europe’s largest equipment rental company Loxam is combining all of its divisions — Loxam, Laho Equipement, Loueurs de France BTP and Locarest into a single entity Loxam Rental. Loxam made the announcement on its website and said the change will become effective at the beginning of 2014.
The company said the change is taking into account the evolution of the market and that by combining into a single brand and pooling human and technological resources, the group will be able to strengthen its sales teams in the field, and redeploy its network.
Loxam is based in France and had revenue of €828 million (about U.S. $1.09 billion) in 2012. Loxam has 598 branches in 11 countries.
