2019 RER Innovative Product Award Call for Entries
RER is calling for entries for its 17th annual Innovative Product Awards competition. Products can be entered in the categories of compaction equipment; compressors/air tools; computer software; concrete-working equipment; cutting/drilling; earthmoving equipment; engines/power sourcing; generators/welders; lawn-and-garden equipment; lifts; light towers; material handling; power tools; pumps; technology enhancements; and miscellaneous. The product must be available for purchase in the United States and must have first been available for purchase between August 1, 2018 and July 31, 2019. Redesigns or significant modifications to earlier equipment occurring within the entry dates may be considered. Entry materials, including the payment of $495 per entry, must be sent by Nov. 11.
The winners will be selected by a panel of independent rental industry judges. Gold, silver and bronze winners will be profiled extensively in the January 2020 issue of RER and others will be profiled throughout the year. Last year’s three primary winners were Serious Labs (Gold) for its Ryze-MEWP VR Simulator; Point-of-Rental Software for its UnLockIt App; and Sullair (Bronze) for its OFD 1550 portable oil-free rotary screw air compressor.
