With over 14 years of experience in the Power Generation field, Brett Shive has excelled as a technician, trainer, manager, and leader. Currently serving as the Director of Service for ANA, he is a recognized expert in power generation, field service management, equipment and electrical theory training, and warranty systems.

As the only Airman Level 2 Technician in North America, Brett has made significant contributions, including the development of an Advanced Training Program with over 170 technician attendees in its first year and a Service Revenue program generating $1 million in two years. He has also established an online support page to enhance customer service and signed ANA as a Self-Servicing OEM with engine manufacturers to elevate product and customer support.
