ARA’s Rental Show is Third Highest Attended

Attendance at last month’s The Rental Show was the third highest in American Rental Association convention history, ARA officials said last week.

ARA said 6,490 rental attendees, representing 2,870 rental businesses from the United States, Canada and more than 50 countries, plus 6,110 exhibitor personnel, attended the show in Orlando, Fla. Only two previous Orlando shows — 1998 and 2001 — attracted higher numbers. Seven hundred fifty exhibitors — including 150 first-time vendors — presented their products.

The convention marked the 50-year anniversary of ARA. Next year’s The Rental Show will be held in Atlanta, Feb. 7-10.
