IronPlanet Announces Year-End Auctions

IronPlanet, an online auction marketplace for used construction and agricultural equipment, last week said it will sell more than $40 million of equipment and vehicles during its online auctions December 7-16. More than 3,000 items from around the world will be up for sale at the end-of-year auctions.

Auction highlights:

  • December 8: Lift & Access Equipment
    More than ­­­­­350 items around the world will be up for auction, including aerial work platforms, forklifts, telehandlers and more.
  • December 8: World Crane Auction
    Up for auction are more than 70 cranes from around the world including boom, crawler, dragline, mobile, overhead, tower, dockside and others.
  • December 9: Construction
    More than 1,000 items across the U.S. are for sale including crawler tractors, track excavators, wheel loaders and more.
  • December 10: Agriculture
    Up for auction are more than 200 items including farm tractors, harvesters, landscaping equipment, sprayers, more than 25 combines and other equipment.
  • December 15: Construction and Agricultural Equipment in Europe
    More than 150 pieces of equipment from across Europe will be for sale, ranging from backhoe loaders, compactors, farm tractors and more.
  • December 15-16: Construction
    The auction will feature more than 1,300 items from across the U.S. including articulated dump trucks, compactors, motor graders and other equipment.
