LiuGong Shows Innovations at International Customer Day
LiuGong this week held its first Global Customer Day in Liuzhou, China, with more than 300 guests, customers, key accounts and dealers from 41 countries. LiuGong provided a platform for the company to hear customers’ voices sharing their experiences with LiuGong.
LiuGong has introduced its products and services to more than 140 countries and regions around the world and has strived to build a respectable and competitive global brand
“Throughout our internationalization, LiuGong has built integrated, localized R&D, sourcing, manufacturing, sales, parts, service, direct sales and financing & leasing support system globally and it is time for us to bring these globalization efforts to a higher level and a wider stage,” said Huang Haibo, president of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co.

LiuGong also invested heavily in the aftersales service and parts, training, and financing support to help customers cut costs and create more value, resulting in 51 new dealers joining the LiuGong family in 2019, with more than 100 new branches.
“On [the] customer side, they want to have reliable products, efficient solutions, a full-care support system and low TCO to make their businesses successful, these demands drive the change of our industry,” said Guobing. “We are making efforts to satisfy customer demands and improve competitiveness through our product mix, R&D, Internet of Things, intelligent support, big data analysis and so on.”
