Point of Rental has been named one of America’s Best Places to Work in 2025, according to Inc. magazine and Quantum Workplace. This is the second consecutive year the company has been honored.

This year’s survey was the first to include feedback from the team behind Record360 after Point of Rental acquired the digital inspection app company in 2024.

“Being named one of Inc.’s Best Places to Work is a reflection of the incredible people who make this company what it is,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “We’re proud to foster a culture where our team feels supported, challenged, and inspired every day. This recognition reinforces our commitment to creating an environment where people can do their best work—and enjoy doing it.”

The award process involved a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Quantum also audited the firm’s benefits to score and rank them compared to other companies throughout America.
