All revenue is automatically populated from the rental ticket, and costs can be automated or individually input into the job costing worksheet. Managers will be able to easily see when too many discounts are given, if subrentals are out of control, or of transportation or labor costs are too high. Each Job Costing worksheet has the ability go through an approval process before the ticket can be approved. When the ticket is updated, an updated worksheet is automatically generated; previous versions are stored for comparison.
