BusyBusy Adds Work Order Tracking for Construction Equipment Maintenance
Align Op’s BusyBusy has introduced work order functionality that allows construction teams to assign, track and document project tasks, equipment repairs and maintenance work from start to finish.
Each work order is tied to a project or specific piece of equipment and can include an assigned owner, dates, task details and progress updates, according to a company press release. Status indicators show whether work has not started, is in progress or is complete, helping teams clarify responsibilities and replaces scatter calls, texts and paper notes with a shared workflow.
The functionality also allows teams to document work with project descriptions, photos, costs, material quantities and completion notes. Optional signatures can provide additional documentation, the press release states.
For equipment-related work, each asset has its own work orders tab listing logged jobs, status, dates, mechanic details and costs. This gives teams a centralized view of equipment service history.
AlignOps will showcase the new functionality at Equip Expo at Booth No. 4011.
