Wacker Neuson
The new BTS 630 and BTS 635S saws from Wacker Neuson feature a new air filter concept designed to extend service life and result in significantly less down time. A high-torque, 5.8-hp engine is designed to ensure improved cutting performance and produce less vibration. The three-stage air filter system includes a cyclonic filter, a foam pre-filter and a paper filter, resulting in minimum downtime, and reduced maintenance and lifecycle costs, the maker says. The BTS 630 weighs 24 pounds and has a 12-inch blade diameter with .08-inch arbor. The BTS 635S weighs 24.9 pounds.

Hilti
The Hilti DCH 300 electric diamond cutter is engineered as an all-purpose cutting and grinding tool for the rental industry. With a 2.6-kw motor, the DCH 300 has a cutting depth of 4.7 inches. An intelligent electronic control system — Hilti Smart Power — makes this electric cutter well suited for tackling tough, thick materials such as reinforced concrete, granite curbstone, slabs, bricks, metal beams, steel pipes and more. Crafted with safety in mind, the DCH 300 blades are guided away from the user's body, making them less tiring to use since the operator can use his or her own body weight to help guide and control the tool.

General Equipment
Designed to follow random crack patterns in asphalt and concrete surfaces, General Equipment Co.'s CS8/GH random crack saw utilizes 8-inch diameter, dry-cut-type diamond blades to produce smooth-sided cuts for proper crack-filling procedures. Power is supplied by an 11-hp Honda engine equipped with a Cyclone-type air filter system for maximum protection against fine-grained dust contamination. A center-mounted blade configuration lets the CS8/GH center pivot about its own axis to more easily follow random crack patterns. The configuration is intended to maximize blade life by minimizing undercutting. Maximum cutting width is ½ inch and maximum straight-line cutting depth is 1 ½ inches.

Stihl
Stihl introduces the TS 420 A Cutquik cut-off machine complete with electronic water control feature. The EWC has a mounted key pad, which allows the operator to adjust the flow of water while cutting, and remembers the last setting that was used. The flow of water stops at idle speed and starts again automatically when the throttle is engaged. The unit also features the X2 Air Filtration System, which delivers 99.96-percent clean air to the machine, eliminating the need to clean the filter and reducing down time from on-the-job filter maintenance.

Husqvarna
The new K760 Husqvarna power cutter is equipped with the X-Torq engine, which is engineered by Husqvarna to reduce emissions up to 75 percent as well as lower fuel consumption. Specially developed for two-stroke engines, X-Torq utilizes dual intakes; one for clean air and one for a fuel-air mixture. An Active Air Filtration system contains a new centrifugal nozzle that increases the level of filtration, extending filter-life and allowing the saw to run for up to one year without filter service.
