The new K970 power cutter from Husqvarna replaces the K960. Features include an X-Torq engine that produces more output than the previous model at 6.4 hp, while reducing emissions by up to 75 percent and lowering fuel consumption by 20 percent. The Active Air Filtration system is designed to extend filter life and ensure minimum motor wear even in the most dust-filled environments. Ergonomic improvements include a rear handle that has been equipped with a soft insert to ensure the operator has a better grip and hip support; a tank lid located to better accommodate filling; and a vibration dampening system that reduces operator fatigue.
