Skyjack Elevates Patterson, Liner to New Roles

Canadian aerial work platform manufacturer Skyjack has promoted Charlie Patterson and Eric Liner to new roles within the company.

Canadian aerial work platform manufacturer Skyjack has promoted Charlie Patterson and Eric Liner to new roles within the company.

Skyjack has named Charlie Patterson, former managing director for Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia, to the position of vice president of international operations. In the new role, Patterson will be responsible for the operation of all Skyjack entities outside of North America.

Skyjack’s business locations in Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom will all report to Patterson.

“[Patterson’s] general management capabilities and commercial acumen have been instrumental in the success of many of Skyjack’s geographic expansions over recent years,” said Brad Boehler, Skyjack president. “As the company looks to build upon these successes with additional projects on the horizon, I see Charlie’s experience as key in ensuring our continued growth.”

Eric Liner, formerly regional vice president of Skyjack’s western region, has been named vice president of North American sales. Liner will be responsible for the direction, development and growth of the North American sales team. He will jhave a team of senior sales managers reporting directly to him, including four regional vice presidents and three vice presidents of national accounts.

Brian Black will continue in his position of vice president of sales.

Skyjack is based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
