Multiquip last week announced the expansion of its Whiteman power trowel line to include the 36-inch J-Series and 46-inch B-Series MQ Whiteman walk-behind trowels powered by Subaru engines.

Multiquip last week announced the expansion of its Whiteman power trowel line to include the 36-inch J-Series and 46-inch B-Series MQ Whiteman walk-behind trowels powered by Subaru engines.

“As the leader in concrete finishing equipment, we’re continually looking for ways to provide added value for our customers,” said Juan Quiros, director of product management for Multiquip. “The addition of Subaru-powered Whiteman walk-behind trowels provides contractors with a high-quality engine choice while delivering the performance and reliability they expect from Multiquip.”

MQ Whiteman walk-behind trowels are designed to minimize maintenance costs and increase the return on investment. The trowels are equipped with replaceable bronze trowel arm and thrust collar bushings, as well as replaceable wear plates. In addition, gearboxes have been tested to withstand the most demanding concrete finishing applications, and models are available with either QuickPitch or standard handle options.

Carson, Calif.-based Multiquip manufactures and supplies products and solutions for the construction, industrial, telecom, government, non-commercial, entertainment, and oil and gas exploration markets. Its product portfolio includes light to medium construction equipment, power generators and lighting.
