AEM Names 2008 Officers, Directors

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers elected Glen Tellock, president and CEO of Manitowoc Co., Manitowoc, Wis., 2008 AEM chairman.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers elected Glen Tellock, president and CEO of Manitowoc Co., Manitowoc, Wis., 2008 AEM chairman.

Also elected as 2008 officers were: Martin Richenhagen, chairman, president and CEO of Duluth, Ga.-based AGCO Corp., as AEM first vice chairman; Tiffany Sewell-Howard, CEO of Charles Machine Works, Perry, Okla., as AEM second vice chairman; Duane Wilder, president of Liebherr Construction Equipment Co., Newport News, Va., as AEM treasurer; and Dennis Slater as AEM’s full-time president.

Douglas DeVries, senior vice president ag marketing for Deere & Co., Moline, Ill., was named vice-chairman-agriculture. Lynne Woodworth, president and CEO of Stone Construction Equipment, Honeoye, N.Y., was named vice chairman-construction.

Named to the associations board of directors were Daniel Allan, president, Sandvik Mining and Construction; DeVries; Dennis Eagan, group president industrial and power equipment, Blount Inc.; Roger Euliss, president, Multiquip Inc.; Russell Fowler, president and CEO, Krone North America; Timothy Frank, vice president operations and strategy, Volvo Construction Equipment North America; Anirban Ghosh, president, Mahindra USA; Richard Kleine, vice president off-highway business, Cummins Inc.; Andre Kreining, president, Sunwest Screen Graphics; Gerald Randecker, president, Bomag Americas; Dennis Webster, president and CEO, Bush Hog LLC; and David Woods, executive partner, Giant Partners LLC.
